Hey there! I’m so excited to announce the @weroamfreely and @blackgirlswhopaint Virtual Artist Showcase in continuation of Women’s History Month! Join us on April 9th along with other talented artists to explore our creative process and support BIPOC artists! This interactive showcase features 25 artists that you’ll be able to meet, ask questions, and place your vote for Artists of the Night Awards (yep, you heard right)! 

Schedule of Event:

5-6:00 PM EST: *WRF Members & Donor Exclusive* Enter the WRF Chat Room with Podcast Host Saya'Ka, multidisciplinary visual artist Shahaadah Morell @haadahs_art, and We Roam Freely Founder Tiye Bazzey @callmeroam for a discussion revolving around how we empower ourselves as artists, finding our own unique path, and using our art as activism. 

6-7:30 PM EST: Artist Showcase - Virtually meet uniquely talented BIPOC artists as they share their artwork and discuss their experiences as women in the arts.

7:30-8:00 PM EST: Voting & Closing Reception - Each attendee will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite artists of the night! Once voting is complete, the winning artists will be announced and awarded their prizes !
